Terms & Conditions – Recommended Listings

By purchasing a recommended listing on this platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

The platform allows food & beverage businesses (“Vendors”) to promote their venue by purchasing a recommended listing that appears at the top of the venue list for a selected period (1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month).

Recommended placement improves visibility but does not guarantee a specific number of views, leads, or customers.

2. Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to represent the business you are registering
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Your business operates legally and complies with applicable laws and regulations

3. Listing Content

Vendors are responsible for all content submitted, including business name, description, images, menus, pricing, and promotions.

Content must not be misleading, offensive, illegal, or infringe on third-party rights. The platform reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms.

4. Recommended Listing Duration

• Recommended placement starts once payment is successfully completed and the listing is approved
• Placement lasts for the exact period purchased (1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month)
• Recommended listings automatically revert to standard placement after the period ends

Unused time resulting from Vendor-requested changes or delays is not refundable.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider
• Prices are displayed before checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law

No refunds will be issued for:

• Poor performance or lack of customer response
• Early removal requested by the Vendor
• Suspension due to violation of these Terms

6. Platform Availability

The platform aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues does not entitle the Vendor to compensation or refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for business losses, missed revenue, customer disputes, the accuracy of user-generated reviews, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any listing or account without notice if these Terms are breached or if misuse is suspected.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
